I have banked with Centricity for a few years now and I like banking with them. The reason I gave them four stars instead of 5 is because it is IMPOSSIBLE to get a live person on the phone. They do call you back though if you have to leave a message on some random voicemail that has nothing to do with whatever you need to talk to someone about, because pressing buttons ad infinitum is the only way to get to any voicemail.

If I could give Centricity Credit Union a negative 5 start review I would. I’ve been a member for 16 years now and when someone falls on hard times or falls behind they charge $30 when a transaction gets sent back even if said transaction was .99 and “Unfortunately that’s just what happens.” The turnover rate for tellers seems like it’s every other week. I highly advise anyone from banning here… you’re better off getting a loan from a loan shark or the mob you’ll be treated with more hospitality

I have only been with this bank 6 months. Today, I used my debit card at a location. It indicated it would have a 2.75 fee too which I agreed. When I reviewed my acct I noticed an additional 2.00 fee. When I contacted the bank they stated it was an additional charge on banks end. If I looked on their website it says which atms I will be charged an extra fee. 1. I was never told this when I opened my acct. 2 who has time to research every time your going to an atm whether u will be charged a fee or not. So my charges were almost 5. For using an atm. Ridiculous!!

They're alright until you have to travel anywhere out of the USA. This is the third time I've been STRANDED in another country because of this bank, I gave them all the proper information about my travels and still every single time something goes wrong and I'm left without access to my own money !! Leaving them as soon as im home...if I can even get home because of the zero customer service I get. Outrageous.
