I've been banking here since 1997. They have always been nice with me. I have cashed checks, got direct deposit with them and even been approved fir a few loans. Now I have a very large check that I went to the bank it was drawn out of and got a cashiers check to deposite in my bank. The banks are in the same town. The funds are there but I'm on a 5 day hold before I can use any of it. The one lady made it clear to me and other people that were around that she's putting it on hold and continued on talking about my personal banking information in front of others So I decided to wait. Well today I have a big problem with my vehicle and some of that money woukd come in handy but they said no after putting me on a 3 minute hold to confer. I have to wait 1 more day. I have cashed cashier checks bigger than this one was able to use it the same day because the verified it with a phone call. But it's okay, be completely rude and try to embarrass me in front of others. I am now looking for another bank.

I have been banking here my entire 30+ years, the last year the service has gone down hill. Rude customer service from newer employees multiple times. Called about purchasing new checks to see if I had to go in (they told me yes when my mom has done it over the phone previously), drove 10 minutes into town to be told I needed a check reorder form. They were able to do it without after I told them that I just drove to town, didnt verify my identity, and the worker seemed very annoyed that they had to do so. The workers used to be so friendly and inviting, sad to see things change.

Joslyn cook was very unprofessional! I called to get my car loan straighten out (no coupon books, no online system, no statements) onto why I was showing late on credit karma when I never been late on anything in my life! She said delinquency were sent (they were sent to an old address) and I was told it 100% borrower responsibility to ensure addresses are updated. I refinance this car in November of 2022 and it is 100% the loan officer responsibility to check with customer for accuracy on the loan app which was not done to see if there was any changes. As of November 2022 I was at the address I am now for 2 years! Very rude and highly suggest going elsewhere.

I try to bank local but the service isn't very good lately. 21 year customer that will probably look elsewhere for a more modern bank with expanded features. Had a fraudulent charge on my debit card and apparently i need to call and beg the company for a refund. In the past this is always something the bank would handle.

Some of the rudest tellers i have had to deal with. Also sat at drive up for 15 min as there were workers looking at me but not one came to the window. Had to call and make sure they were open . And they were but by that point I had left. Since I work and can't take an hour or more off to run and make a deposit.
