Worst bank ever to work with. Was on hold for well over 30 mins for card services when my card abruptly stopped working. Had my card reset, then had to have the bank branch reset the card AND it STILL didn't work. Had to call card services yet again....and guess what, my card still doesn't work. Another reason to avoid is that their interest rates are lower than other banks.

If I’m being honest, worst customer service at a bank I’ve ever had. There was not a single time I was greeted with a smile, and every time I asked a question it was received with annoyance. I will never reopen an account here. Despicable .

A coworker recommended this bank to me so I gave them a try. From the beginning I didn't get any sense of good customer service. The tall male teller-flakey to the point of obnoxious. The other tellers also unfriendly. Goofy policy on depositing payroll checks. Yeah it's a bank and they do bank stuff but hey it's my money and I should be treated in a positive way. Wouldn't recommend.

I recently joined MVFCU & I couldn't have made a better choice for my banking needs. The excellent service, support & friendly staff that go above & beyond what I had expected (my personal experience with Brittany G. has been outstanding), so I definitely give 5 plus stars for this financial institution!

Had trouble opening an account due to an issue at another bank and a woman named SARAH was so absolutely kind and so incredibly helpful. She gave me some advice on what to do about my situation and it was excellent advice because I eventually got what I needed with her help. Very kind, graceful, and sincere employee which is becoming a very rare thing these days. Thank you so much again SARAH!
