This place is a joke. The debit card charges $1.00 fee for ATM transactions. They don’t keep much cash on hand to cash checks or make withdrawals. JoAnn persuades the instructors at the instruction center to get new employees to join. Then the customer service goes away. I have good credit but this CU doesn’t have the money to lend. They’re all about making a bit profit so that the only employee there JoAnn, who is the president and CEO and teller, can make a huge salary. This is capitalism at its finest. Not a “people helping people” credit union.

It is a pleasure to bank here! Never in my life have I had such personalized customer service with a bank or credit union. JoAnn is the ultimate professional, and it is fun to have drivers and staff coming in to bank from other garages that I don't get to see very often. You'll always run into a friend or colleague at Transit Ops Credit Union!
