I've had bad experiences in the past with this bank and others. I have many trust issues with banks period. It's not something I would elect to be apart of or associated with. You hear many horror stories historical and current. I've heard many good and positive outcomes more so with this bank than any others which is why my got any stars at all.

03/09/2021. Today I was out of town and my card was decline. I know for a fact a had more than enough funds to pay and my card was decline twice. I check my balance online and it said unavailable on both my checking and savings. So me and my wife had to spend the night out of town in the car and it was cold couldn’t rent a hotel much less couldn’t pay for gas to fill up our car. So here we are stranded with no money thanks to CO-OP of Montevideo MN. We don’t even get a compensation at all for being stranded for a whole nigh out of town. The service here has gone bad.
