Terrible communication, took advantage of my grandparents when they had a loan on a car through them. They Claimed to have reached out to them about insurance information they needed and completely took advantage of them charging them over double their payment per month with zero explanation. Added force placed insurance and refused to reimburse all the money they paid for the insurance after all documents that were needed they had been given. I know for a fact the 3 banks I’ve used would have called them and explained to them what they needed. Wouldn’t not recommend at all.

The lady, whose name I unfortunately don’t remember, was very helpful. She answered all of my questions, addressed any issues and concerns I had, and even helped with questions about saving and other matters. I was very thankful for her assistance.

A few months ago I was approved for a car loan. I called the loan officer back several times a couple weeks back and he never returned my call. I finally reach another loan officer and she told me she had to check in to something and would call back. I received an email back, never a call and I cannot reach anyone since. I called the manager, left a voicemail asking for a call back, and I never received anything. No communication, no respect. I feel very disregarded and belittled. I would not recommend this agency.

I have had a loan here for over 4 years. No missed payments. Have come under hard times and needed to use their skip a payment on my loans last year. Things are now back on track and I asked them if we could do that again since it is a new calendar year and I had never used this option in the 4 plus prior years on my loans. None of that mattered, it was simply nope have to wait a full 12 months, we can't make any exceptions. So very nice of them.

*DO NOT PICK THIS PLACE* Everyone needs to be aware to what happened to us. Woke up this morning to thinking our car was stolen. Ended up calling the sheriff to help us, after he collects data we find out our car was repoed … like what!? We’ve been making payments monthly on time every month! We went back a year and seen the same amount pulled every month. Turns out my wife had missed 2 payments back in 2023, it’s now 2025. We had moved and gotten married and had 2 kids since then. The credit union had left my wife a voicemail saying please call at your earliest convince, that’s it. They sent a letter to her apartment she lived at back in 2023. So we never saw it! Mind you we had made every payment since the ones missed, it was on auto deduct. We had been paying almost 2 years of late fees without knowing because the app does not show that. The CEO agrees and states they usually do not repoed vehicles while payments are being made! All we needed was to know the situation. They found our actual address and instead of sending a letter they send a tow company 2hrs to take it at 3am. This cost us $1k plus both of us taking off work. We will be pulling our loan from here asap even if the interest rates are higher else where.
