Beyond upset. My fiancé and I went to first alliance for their competitive mortgage rates. We put our application in on a Wednesday and we were told it would take a maximum of 48 hours to hear back. We didn’t hear anything for well over 72 hours and it was now the following Tuesday. We ended up calling back to get any sort of update - only to find they never received some paperwork needed for the initial application and they didn’t bother reaching out to us about it. This pushed our application process back about a week at this point. They didn’t even let me know the status of the application despite all my information being on it, my fiancé had to request the information. Moving forward to the following Wednesday (now 2 weeks we have waited to get our application processed alone), we emailed the representative helping us yet again because we hadn’t heard anything in quite some time - only to wait 48 more hours (now Friday) to be told they can’t offer us anything due to me starting a new job (which could’ve easily been told to us before we even started this application process). They completely wasted our time and didn’t even bother taking initiative to reach out and ask for additional information or anything from either of us. They are great for rates, but don’t bother coming here if you want timely, efficient service.

I would just like to share here on Google reviews the fantastic and well informed bank associate in byron/Rochester office LISA HOUSE. She has 5 Star 🌟 from me as she guided me and welcomed me with her knowledge and helped me with task at hand. First alliance is lucky to have such employee. Greg MM

They were amazing. Got me in at 4:59 and out by 5:05. Resolved my issue, friendly, new cards on the spot, answered all my questions & than some. Mrs Kayla Beadles went above & beyond. Appreciated it. Will be my new go to spot. On another note - Really happy first alliance extended to lake city mn also because it's hard to get to Rochester
