Had a wiring issue and spoke to management. It was cleared up and as of today, everything was finally settled. Great customer support from the manager that assisted me, just wish the original issue didn't happen as it took a while to fix.

I love Affinity Plus in general. I’ve been a member for many decades. However, the staff at this location are very rude. They don’t seem to care about members at all.

Always accomplishes task at hand. Very helpful staff, polites, knowledgeable. If they are busy- the bank has no control on who shows up when; Be kind.

Affinity plus federal credit union if you are needing a loan of any kind turn back around and go to a different Bank. I tried to talk to Heather Wallmow in the vehicle loan department. Stop she is not someone that is qualified to work as a loan department. Barely returns phone calls. Provides income answers and has zero follow through and will not work with you on any deadlines. Trying to purchase a vehicle out of state. Trying to answer questions prior to getting there she makes the wire transfer exactly at 445pm. 15 minutes after the controller left for the day. Forcing me to get a hotel and dinner. Her last minute efforts were for nothing. They would not sell the vehicle to me. Please use another banking service. Between her not getting back to me and her unwillingness to try and set the stage prior to getting to the dealership is mind blowing . like proving me with a bank check. Go to a different bank for any needs. Her efforts where lost. If it is not necessary to do transactions with this bank don’t . You don’t need the headache. Heather leave banking to the people who are motivated. You are not motivated and unwilling to communicate to your customers. Even after calling back it was a serious mistake to use affinity plus as a banking institution.
Weekdays 9am–4pm typically have the shortest wait times for new member inquiries.
