Terrible customer service! The online banking and card not being tied together is a joke! Their website, is far from user friendly and that's coming from a very computer savvy person. Just give me my money so I can be done with this "credit union". How do I know if ya'll input my email address correctly when I can't see it? I've waited over 45 minutes for an activation code that never came! Yup, email typo on my end. How could I have known since it’s x’ed out? Thanks to Kim’s email for pointing this out.

After subjecting myself to countless terrible banking encounters with this establishment I’ve finally removed all of my money. On more than 5 occasions I have had the pleasure of working with Megan. Each time it’s been an experience to say the least. Zero patience, zero class, and an attitude that is far below acceptable. I even called back after and talked to a so called “supervisor” and explained the situation. Her response was “what do you want me to do about it?” Hmm. if that doesn’t tell you all you need to know… I’d think twice before banking here.

Horrible bank! They wanted to charge me 10$ per check + 30$ an hour for them to check my past bank records. They’ll automatically close your account if there’s no funds in it even though you’re still employed l, plus the lady there had a horrible attitude. If I knew they were this bad I’d just have my employer send me checks for vacation funds right away rather than dealing with this bank.

ZERO STARS! This place is such a scam. I only bank here because the union forces me to. They turned on my online bill pay without me ever wanting or using it once. Now they overdraft my account evey month charging me $5 for online bill pay I never wanted or used and they won't turn it off. I hate this bank! - Based on the response here, you can see how unprofessional this place is and how little the staff care about their members. Oh wait, thats because the people who get accounts here are forced to. I did not activate bill pay, in fact I didn't even have access to my account when bill pay was activated. Why would I activate something I've never used and never plan to.

If I could give zero stars I would. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. You’d think the carpenter credit union would be for their workers but they’re not. Just very dirty business work. Thought this would be a great place to get my first car loan from, especially being a union worker myself. But I regret ever even thinking of using this place.
