Everyone who works here is very helpful, friendly, welcoming and amazing. Recently opened a savings here and took out a small loan in order to move out of an apartment with poor living conditions to a better place and Angelas was very helpful with my whole loan process. I definatly would recommend St. Cloud Financial Credit Union. They are very professional and care about their customers.

I had a fantastic experience working with Mortgage Loan Officer, Trina LaVigne! She is professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. She takes the time to explain all the options clearly and answer all questions. Trina is always responsive, friendly, and goes above and beyond to make the process smooth and stress-free. I feel extremely confident working with her. If you’re looking for a professional you can trust with your mortgage needs, I highly recommend Trina LaVigne!

had to close my account after 5 unwaved $35 overdraft fees were charged in 2024 and 10 in 2025, making a total of $525 overdraft fees since Sept. 2024. Damn I hate NSF fee's. I also finally learned today where the monthly $29.99 transaction was going instead of becoming bitcoin in my coinbase account, it was the fee for the account to be premium coinbase one. 13 months I was unaware of that. I went into the bank to get help and sit down with someone to try figuring this out, but $390 wasn't sitting in any of my 3 coinbase accounts, the company coinbase returned me 1 month for free to be kind today. My fault for not paying attention to my bank very well. I held on to my sons Amazon Audible $16 a month account as well without reason. And held onto the damn LEGALTEMPLATES.NET account for -$49.95 per month for 6 months and walked away without a single legal template utilized........if i had a wife she would have closed my bank a hell of a lot sooner than St. Cloud Financial Credit Union wanted to, shit. $390 coinbase charges, $525 NSF fee's that never got waived, and $300 for templates I didn't end up using while I had the subscription leaving a total of $1,215 completely wasted within the last year, the audible account hasn't gotten to be used by my son for 2 years either, $384 down the drain on an audible subscription. & i just lost the 1 month courtesy $29.99 from coinbase by turning it into bitcoin and tossing it all on a live roulette table, tryna double the money to buy a $60 game for my son for his golden birthday in 3 days. Smooth move right? oh well none of it matters, this bank aint bad or the causation clearly

Excellent experience working with the business lenders at SCFCU. Mike, Amy and Chase went above and beyond to help close the deal as quickly and smoothly as possible. The rate was very competitive and we closed less than 45 days after making an offer. For a commercial deal, that is impressive in my opinion. The communication with the team at SCFCU was outstanding. I'm excited to work together again in the future. Thanks again SCFCU.

This bank was the only way I found an ability to purchase a brand new 4x4 crew cab silverado back in 2013 all by myself without a cosigner and without having to sell the current 2 door 2 wheel drive 05' silverado I purchased from a farmer to drive in high school. Needed more doors with a baby on the way, but the dealerships weren't approving me without a cosigner so its beyond me why but they were willing to take a risk on me. My 4x4 4 door silverado is paid off after a 7 year loan and I am always going to stay with this bank because of them giving me a chance when I was 19 with green.
