⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Service and Outstanding Support I’ve had an excellent experience with Associated Healthcare Credit Union (AHCU). Their customer service has been top-notch, and the entire process of getting set up as a member was smooth and welcoming. A special thank-you to Leslee Miller, Financial Services Officer III, who helped me set up my member account, my wife's member account, and has been absolutely instrumental in helping me secure refinancing for my vehicle as well as a personal loan. Leslee is professional, responsive, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable—she takes the time to explain options clearly and makes the process feel stress-free. She's an amazing AHCU officer! If you are looking for a credit union that truly values its members and provides outstanding, personalized support, I highly recommend AHCU—especially if you have the opportunity to work with Leslee at the AHCU Woodbury, Saint Paul branch.

I've been a member at AHCU for over 20 years. We've gotten a few car loans through them as their rates are great. Staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

AHCU is great I have been a member for a very long time and I love that they have helped me through many car loans, personal loans and through all questions I have even though some of them have probably been dumb. They have never complained or been rude, they help me with all my account questions quickly and professionally. I moved to another city and at the time there was not another bank branch that I could use to access my account, but I still have my AHCU account and use it regularly and they now have other banks here that I can go to use/access things from my account. I love you guys you are great!!

In September, while in the process of selling my vehicle to a car dealership, I had to temporarily give the check back to the dealership while the lien release and title were being reviewed for a discrepancy. I contacted AHCU and within minutes they e-mailed me the document I needed in order to close the sale. I am truly grateful to be a member of AHCU.

I like AHCU! I’ve been a member for over 10 years. The only tricky thing is being in the Western suburbs I can’t make it to a local branch easily if needed - and shared co-op branches have some limitations - but with digital banking I do most things online and it goes smoothly. Just wish they had a branch in my area!
Weekdays 9am–4pm typically have the shortest wait times for new member inquiries.
