We love the Woodbury branch of Ideal. The employees are always extremely helpful and friendly, and the cozy fireplace in the lobby makes a nice touch. We’ve opened and closed accounts, gotten loans - all the services. Highly recommend!

I stopped getting texts to my phone about account activity. Was put through to Dana through Ideal's IVR. Turns out most the phone carriers no longer have "email to text service". Dana wasn't even aware of what I was talking about (showing my age). My favorite part of how Dana handled my concern was that she recognized something she never heard of and said "I never heard of that" or "I don't about that". Music to my ears. Nothing more frustrating than "canned answers" and support folk pretending to know but really don't cause they are too arrogant to admit it. Dana helped me clean up some old account stuff too (nice touch!). Every time she said she would ask and get back to me, SHE DID. Every time! Getting the texts now I need. Props to Dana and Ideal for letting her rock the customer support roll !

I had the greatest pleasure of having Dana, from customer service at Ideal Credit Union, as their representative. She was knowledgeable, super nice and very pleasant to talk to. She followed up with me on every part of my transactions. A special thanks to Dana. I know who I will ask for from now on.

I have never heard of putting a limit of how much you can pay back each month towards a loan as long as you make the monthly payment. They would only allow $3000 a month in payments. Anything above that amount required permission.

Every call in takes a minimum of 5 - 20 min to talk to someone. Services are good and they work with you well ...when u can get to a human!
