I recently completed a real estate transaction and tried depositing the proceeds into my account. Despite the checks affiliate at a local bank who is established and great reputation, a five-day hold would be placed on all the funds, preventing immediate access. My request to speak with a manager was denied by the receptionist, who suggested I could close my account and transfer my business to another institution. Given my decade-long relationship with this bank, I find this level of service to be quite disappointing. However, Hancock Whitney gladly took my business and gave me a huge bonus for the new business.

As long term customers, every time we visit Keesler Federal Credit Union Bank-The branch on Pass Road Biloxi, we are impressed by the positive atmosphere!! From the moment we entered the bank, we were greeted by Renee at the front desk, who assisted us in a timely manner, with a cheerful smile! Also, the main desk tellers are always so welcoming! --Today, Cassie & Courtney both were particularly Great, very welcoming, friendly, patient with our questions, and efficient in getting everything sorted out. They made our banking a pleasant experience today. -We highly recommend these two professional polished ladies, Cassie & Courtney to anyone in the area! .. AGAIN MS CAMERON ASSISTED WITH A SMILE : Today -2-24-25 i needed to make a change on my beneficary and Ms Cameron greeted me with a big smile and took care of the matter very promptly. Today 1-15-25 I lost my debit card. I went to my branch in Diamondhead and Ms Katalin Cameron took me to her office and immediately resolved the issue. She also provided a new debit card. This is not my first interaction with this associate. She is always pleasant, happy to assist, very efficient and professional. Got right up to the teller. Colby was professional and welcoming. He handled a complicated transaction while updating me on what he was doing because of the time it was taking. He then helped me order new checks. In a profession where you deal with nothing but numbers all day, Colby didn't make me feel like a number. He treated me like a person who he genuinely wanted to help.
