I wanted to take a moment to thank you for following up and providing real support during the government shutdown. I truly appreciate the credit union’s decision to defer my payment and offer the furlough loan with 0% interest for the first 90 days, no credit check, and a 90-day period before the first payment is due. This level of understanding and flexibility makes a meaningful difference for members who are directly impacted. I’m grateful for the quick response and for taking the time to listen to my concerns. It’s reassuring to see the credit union return to the kind of member-focused care I’ve valued over the years.

I contacted them and in three business days my loan was closed and funded. I secured an automobile loan through them. Every member of the team that I visited with was confident, professional, and incredibly friendly. As the kindness persisted from person to person that I visited with, it became apparent that client centered caring is a part of the culture of this organization. This was my first contact with them in doing business. It will not be my last. Thank you, Statewide!

I just love my credit union. I went in got a notary by Mrs. Ruthie at the front. I'm from Starkville and she treated me so kind and helpful. She was the best. Thank you so much Statewide for always taking care of me no matter where in the world I am ❤️🙏🏽

I recently applied for a checking account with SWFCU. I called the branch to ask a general question. Someone answered and the person really didn’t sound enthused to be at work but anyway I proceeded to ask my question and they so graciously( with hesitation ) answered my question. I did have another question to ask but I believe at that time it was best to end that call and call another branch to finish addressing my questions with opening a checking account. My mom has been apart of this credit union for over 30+ years and I have never heard her speak unsatisfied things about this credit union. I am guessing times have changed and good customer service from back in the day is fading away. Needless to say I still will keep my account but do all my calls if I should ever need to speak with someone only in the evening and not early morning.

I love my credit union! They know me by name. And always take the time to stop and have a conversation with me .
