Michelle Flowers and Jessica Spears are great they had great customer service and Ms. Spears works fast on getting the job done I’ve been with the credit union for years and everyone has been sweet to me, Ms. Kim is sweet as well she may not smile often but she’s sweet. They all from old to new staff have given me a reason to think otherwise. I love Eagle Express and thanks everyone that has helped or knows me for all you guys do! ;)

I have been a member for about 8 years, and I have had the best service with them. No complaints. I moved to another state, and they have been amazing. Whenever I call, they are always nice and friendly, and I love Kim.

Poor customer service! They need new loan officers! Janine Blackmon was awesome I hate that she is out sick!!! The other officers are rude and unprofessional! They will not respond to customers! I miss Mrs. Blackmon!!!!

I’ve been a member of Eagle Express since I can remember. I refuse to do business with other banks because I get everything and so much more with them. From my savings account to my checking.
