Tried to open an account online, but the experience was terrible. So, I was advised to go into the nearest branch which for me was the location in the Medical Mall on Woodrow Wilson. When I got there, I provided all requested identification as I completed another application. After all that and sitting for minutes with cash in my purse to fund the account to be told that I , had to come back ater because the person who actually opens the account was at lunch, and it was a little past 10 amin the morning and to make sure not to cone at 1pm because that's when they close for lunch. After waiting past 11 30 am, I called customer service, explained what has happened, and they told me to go to the branch on University Blvd which I must say appeared to be a lot better structured and much more professional. However, the young man that opened my account although professional, forgot to give me my liscense. ss card, and my street address was incorrect as well as my phone numbers. He did call and apologize and I made another trip back to that location, and wass assisted by the head teller who was very helpful and professional. She also apoligized for what I had been through that whole day with hope ftom 10 am til 4pm in tbe evening. Have always wanted to be part of Hope, but no location was in reach. The new location on I 55 North is what inspured me to just do it because it'scloser to my home. I just hope the staff is professionaland exhibit good customer service along with knowledge about products offered. Hopefully, the customer service, as well as the technology will step it up to the modern times.

I'm glad this is no longer my primary way of banking..They are so slow with technical support and getting any change of information completed. It's really a hassle in today's time to be so behind on technical issues. I gave two stars because they'll answer the phone but the agents are not very knowledgeable on how to resolve technical support issues. It's truly frustrating.. In response to the owner. I have tried to send the contact information you've requested. The address below isn't valid. I copied and pasted it straight from this email. I need my bank statements for an application elsewhere and this is a major delay in completing that process. I have left a number twice on the automated phone system, hours ago and I have yet to receive a phone call back.
