Branch Manager NE’COLE DEAR went above and beyond to help me yesterday! I deposited a check from BankPlus - not someone’s personal check but a check from BankPlus signed/approved by another Branch Manager at BankPlus Spillway Road - I asked Ms. Dear to verify the check was not fraudulent so it could “clear” faster than the normal 7 days … She handled the situation with speed and care… I am a long-time MFED customer and I am glad someone like Ms. Dear cared enough about me as a customer and person to go “THE EXTRA MILE” please give Ms. Dear recognition and a raise!! She is simply awesome! She made a stressful situation so much better! She made my day! week! …🥇

Like loan sharks!!! Contacted my boyfriend's father even though he wasn't even on the loan! Shook down an elderly man for his son's loan! Boyfriend has paid for his loan but had unemployment for a few days & they jumped on his dad immediately. Even came out on the day after Christmas to personally deliver a "give me money" threatening letter.

Not a good bank at all. Systems are completely antiquated making paying your loans difficult then they repossess vehicles one day past 30 even if you have solid pay history. They are NOT centered around happy customers. This isn’t a relationship building bank. This is more like a BS 3 rd party lender. Go somewhere else for any and all your banking needs. magnolia Federal…. Your reviews should tell you a lot and you should improve

I will not do business with this company again. Laquandra, the loan originator, was highly unprofessional and never offered me critical information regarding my account, such as the account number. You can tell her main purpose was to generate the loan. I asked to talk with a manager (Tikita) about closing the account, and I was given a fax number rather than the person's direct line. After multiple attempts, someone kindly offered me the lady's email address, but I never received a response. Worst experience ever, especially as a new customer.

I keep trying to give this bank a chance, they have disappointed me a few times. I just don't want to go through the hassle of moving my money. I will have to after I pay these loans off. I have had the worst experience with this last loan, its really quite ridiculous. Please find someone else to bank with, you will regret using this bank
