I arrived at meridian mutual aggravated anxious and a lil frustrated at myself. I attempted to make a purchase and my debit card was not in my wallet. Long story but I got another. The lost one was turned in and something was still wrong. Mrs Holyfield at the poplar springs branch smiled, listened to my frustrated rambling and diligently and patiently found the solution to the problem and it was not a quick one. I am very grateful for her understanding and patience I have been associated with MMFCU for almost 30 yrs And very proud to be a member

15 dollars to get your first debit card. Reads aloud your social. Refused to write it down and accept it. I'm unfortunately having to recommend going to an alternative bank. I opened an account online. I had high hopes. I went in. Sadly disappointed based on the experience. I went ahead and canceled the account the first time I went into this bank. Lack of understanding social security number privacy I couldn't let go of. I absolutely feel the teller was friendly. Only positive here. I move real estate, and based on the reaction to only having my cash app card on me currently, the other individual absolutely had formed an opinion of me. The look said it all. I can say the white male that was in at the same time did absolutely get the best customer service.

We are not impressed. One bank- one location- in the whole county makes it difficult to do business. Also the tellers ball up the receipts every time we get them from there. The people are friendly working there..at times..& their website is subpar. They need to have an app so people can manage their accounts and get into the the 21st century.. Their entrance way is just confusing. They act like they don't want any new business, just old business and they won't give you your balance over the phone even after identifying you. Just a joke of a bank. Surprised they are still in business. Just got fed up with their lack of service, and went with another bank downtown that has multiple locations, an app, that was able to do more for us than this one by leaps and bounds.

Poor customer service. They let me go 4 months with a missed payment and I paid every month but the month that was missed so when they finally contact me they don’t even know what payment I have missed because I have paid for last 4 months. They just know I missed a payment so they have to call me back to tell me what month was missed. Then after I go pay the payment that was missed. That was 4 months late they file it on My credit score and say there’s nothing they can do. When u contact someone and you don’t even know the details of why your contacting them you know U got great customer service. A customer keeps making payment s at your bank for 4 months and no one tells u at the bank who your talking too when u make the payments that u have a missed payment u got Pitiful service.

Every time I have to come inside, ALL OF THE are frowned as if we are bothering them, especially Carissa, Clarissa, however you spell it with the exception of Kenya. Carissa is the only one who is ALWAYS doing nothing but pretend to be so busy looking over me asif I am a nuisance. I do not even live in Meridian so I know none of them. Please replace them with customer friendly employees that appreciate customers coming instead of treating them as annoying, irate citizens who should take their business elsewhere.
