The bank itself might be hit or miss, but Jessica at the Monticello branch is a gem. Every time she helps me, she’s professional, patient, and actually pleasant to talk to. She doesn’t rush, doesn’t huff and puff, and you can tell she truly cares about her job and the customers. She even laughs at my jokes! Honestly, she’s the kind of employee who should be a branch manager or at least recognized for how well she represents the bank.

I gave one star because there is no option to leave zero stars. This company is the worst ever. They constantly change things with no warning at all. My card has expired multiple times without them sending me another. I had to go into a physical location just for them to give me a temporary card which they tried to make me pay for. Recently they switched card issuers without warning so my card stopped working again. Will have to wait 5-7 business days for another to mail out. Which I’m still not sure that i will get because the last time i was ordered a card it never came after 7 tries hence the reason i had to go into a location and get a temporary card which i have been still using today til it stopped working. Not too mention i have been using this temporary card for a year. So believe me when i say this. You should not consider opening a checking account with this company. It’s just inconvenience after inconvenience.

I asked for my account number and routing number at the branch face to face with the teller and she never asked my name nor the last 4 number of my social security number. The teller then gave me the wrong account number now my money that was suppose to been in my account before the holiday hit is in someone else account. Ferguson is not a safe bank to do business with your information is not safe and your money isn't safe.

Worst banking ever. Gave me 5 defective cards over 4 weeks. After my most recent visit. The reps at the window blamed me for my cards not working even after i was told by member services that the cards were defective
Weekdays 9am–4pm typically have the shortest wait times for new member inquiries.
