I am retired and been a loyal SRFCU member around 50 yrs. We live in Gautier. Two days ago and needed a printing of a contract but my ink dried up. We happened to be headed to ocean springs and I knew SRFCU is like family folk and stopped by to ask for help. Your counter clerk Katcha in ocean springs did not disappoint but helped above and beyond. Today I called the Moss Point branch and ms Macie answered, was knowledgeable and above n beyond. She knew her job well and gave me information that allowed me to save a 30 mile trip. SRFCU are good home folk to me for 50 years.

SRFCU Customer service is typically seamless. I also really appreciate the texting option. The agents respond promptly. If there's anything you may need don't hesitate to just simply text. I'm pleased so far.
