I am very disappointed with the service I have received. An employee gave me incorrect information, which resulted in a bounced check. Even after promising to notify management and correct the mistake, nothing was done. The manager wasn’t even notified and probably went home not caring that her mistake lead to a family not having water. This lack of accountability and proper training is unacceptable. Unfortunately, I have experienced multiple issues with this company since becoming a customer, and this most recent incident has made it clear that service is not a priority.

I hate I can’t transfer money due to the website or app giving me an error message. You have no one to contact over the weekend due to this issue, and times are to bad these days to carry around cash. Very unacceptable
