Been with this bank over 12 yrs new hires and ceo Jennifer Spiriti and staff will not take accountability of their wrong doing to my account called in and asked a question about a charge on my account The young lady told me I had to close my account I was like no never mind I will do my own research i do not want to close my account due to a small charge . 1hr later I swiped my card and my card was declined I called back to the bank and the same young lady disable my card i never asked her to and ever since then its been a horrific experience she claimed I reported fraud when I didn't. They young lady I spoke with disable my card without my permission and now she or no one at this bank will take accountability of what she did they just covered for each other 1 after another trying to say it was me and I requested fraud never did report fraud because same young lady told me the come in to pick up another card in which i never ever wanted because i have automatic draft or reoccurring payments that drafts from this card now my account is upside down due to her mis handling my account The branch manager Ceo Jennifer Spiriti she did not take ownership of her agent error. She was rude and acting as if I was the problem when indeed it's her staff error No Accountability Been with this Bank over 12yrs and this is how they treat valued Customers-Lack of Ownership -incompetent

I’ve been a member here for many, many years. Fast service! Reliable! Quick response to loan requests. And one of the best holiday helper loan programs on the coast. I bank with another local credit union on the coast as well, only because my mom worked for their industry for many years, and Gulf Trust still offers better rates to me.

I don't think y'all valve your costumes at all! I have been trying to get someone to talk to me about my account for three months! No one returned my call! When I ask for a new payment book I was told y'all charge $10.00 now! What the hell is that about? Went by again today and no was there to talk to me again! Not even surprised anymore! Felling pissed!😡

These complete morons wanted to charge me a fee to take ROLLED coins and deposit them into my own account. The Ocean Springs branch is great but the Pascagoula branch employs some real idiots.
