Applied for an auto loan here and I’m so glad I did. Jerry is AMAZING!! He emails promptly, he’s personable, and he made sure the process was easy, fast, and seamless. The whole staff here is really nice. I’m seriously considering making this union my primary since I just moved here from Memphis. The customer service here is top tier. Credit Unions are the way to go! This one in particular!

Jerry in my very own opinion is very self centered, not a people person and rude. I think his personality alignes with people that are put in positions to prey on those that are vulnerable and have absolutely no heart for people,/customer(s) that the institution claim to represent!!!!!

I decided to open our son first account with SecurTrust as the interest rate offer on the saving account were attractive. Everyone on the credit union is really friendly and professional! Easy straightforward process to follow. It was a pleasure to be working with Isabel Fausto, I feel really welcome and she makes me feel like I’m part of a family there. Highly recommended
