Dan, Carlton, what the hell happened to this place? You guys, along with the old crew, really came in clutch for me at the time of opening my accounts and genuinely took great care of me for some years.. but now this? No active or responsive customer service. Voicemail boxes full (and only 2/2). Credit card website is down. App is down.. and now I find out my account is locked and have reason to believe there is suspicious activity on my card/s and/or account.. yet customer service referred me to you. Here I am now, a sitting duck. Thanks for the ride, I guess? Really wish you the best. I'll be looking elsewhere to offer my business from now on.

Over time this entity has significantly decreased in customer service. I have been considering refinancing my car with them, but I got a credit card line increase in August and the fact that this has still not been reflected on the card nor has a replacement credit card been delivered since the initial request 3 months ago, I would not advise using their services. They cannot seem to figure out their own systems and are not proactive in delivering results for their members. Sad to see the level or service and competency dropping so low. Would not recommend.

County Credit Union is amazing for 501(c)(3) foundation I am a part of. Each time I walk in, I receive a smile and they all know my name. The customer service is exceptional! Carlton and his team are always there to help. If you are looking for the small town banking feel, this is the place for you!

Been a member for quite some time and the service has always been great from the knowledgeable staff who always greet you with a smile to the many services that they offer like low interest personal and auto loans to no fee VISA cards. While they may not offer drive through services, they make up for it with secured off the road validated parking. Would recomend this place to anyone who enjoys that personal touch. Glad I joined.

I been with County Credit Union since the year 2000, working with St Louis County Government Center. Even when they transition with the upgrade on their Office Decor. The long jeopardy allowed me to complete several loans on my house repairs. The excellent Customer Service they have is overwhelming. I will recommend their service because they have patience and always invite members to attend board meetings for upcoming changes. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable of the finance people need. Especially those of low income, seniors and single parents affordability. “ Join the Family Union Crredit Union “😂
