I have been with Infuze for a little over two years. During that time I have dealt primarily with Jenna at Ft Leonardwood. She is extremely knowledgeable, pleasant to work with, happy, great personality and has the client in mind. With her assistance I have been able to make many wise decisions that are profitable. Without her as my advisor I'm not sure I would be a Infuze member. During a short absence I was forced to try and work with other branches in the area. I was treated like a thief, a nobody and a bother. As long as I can work with Jenna I will continue to be a loyal and happy member.

I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received at the Fort Leonard Wood Branch during the process of reopening my closed account at your branch. Despite multiple visits—three in total—the process was unnecessarily complicated and prolonged. Furthermore, I was not provided with clear instructions on which documents were required to successfully reopen my account. This lack of guidance caused additional inconvenience, and I was left uncertain about what steps to take next. I kindly urge you to review this matter and improve communication and customer service to prevent similar issues for other members. I appreciate your attention to this matter and look forward to your prompt response.
