Best bank in the region for decades. Now they're Multipli - the customer service is much worse, you can't even get someone on the phone half the time, very long waits, 2-factor authentication codes for logging in to their site just never show up, what a terrible decision to merge with Multipli.

The people at West Truman is great, and having an account with them is great but the loan officer name Rachel Phillips is not doing her job , I've been with this bank more then four years never late on my payments,so I ask for a secure loan using my car is a collateral and taking my future payments automatically withdraw out of my checking account but she declined me,the only thing she didn't know was that I was approved 5 days ago by this beautiful understanding lady from scotch Hill branch ,r to me Rachel is not doing her job.

I love going to river region credit union. I really love the east branch in Jefferson city because of Kaitlyn and Alyssa. they are the best. they always give me great service and are always willing to help me with whatever I need. I can't wait to go back. I always go at least once a week to get some cash. keep up the good work.

I just started banking with River Region Credit Union after having been with a small town bank my whole life. I have had a great experience. I was able to refinance my car with a lower interest rate AND lower monthly payments as well as being able to have a banking app for the first time which is super convenient. Alyssa at this branch is amazing. She always gets me taken care of and she is always sweet and smiling. Thanks RRCU
