have been a member for 4 yrs. never overdrawn my accounts have my business account with them and when I ask for a loan for a new auto to keep my business moving keep getting told i need to do certain things to get a loan then i make sure all is good for a loan and still get denied! My credit is good make plenty of money yearly and debt to incomer ratio is 8% still no loan! When I try to take out cash money I have to order the money a day in advance never had to do that with other credit unions and they seem to act like you are interrupting their day with any questions about loans they just rush you out with no info. They say they are there to help but have not seen any proof that they are to help. I will be taking my business to another establishment that will treat you like a person not a nuisance!

Have been a member for a number of years and have enjoyed interacting with pleasant and professional people. Patti Warren has been especially helpful several times over the years and I consider her a friend.

Long story short, I lost my debit card and it took over 3 months to receive a new one because they had to change my address to my new one first (which is fine) but had to do it via mail instead of just changing it over the phone. They then: -sent the change of address to the wrong address -had to be reminded to then send me a new debit card once it was changed -confirmed the card was sent and to wait a few more days even when I hadn't received it after the expected time -and when I hadn't received it after those few days, was told (and here's my favorite one) that the card was never actually sent BECAUSE MY NEW ADDRESS IS TOO LONG. We just put a car in space for no reason and yet I can't get a new debit card to save my life. Excellent.
