I took my mom to her bank yesterday. I was happy that they were patient and kind with her. The bank is in a nice location, clean and the staff is very friendly.

They're all beautiful people,easy on the eyes and mucho talented. Customer service is always amaze balls. Drop the zeroes and get with the heroes. Come bank at JMCU.

I brought my 77yr. Old mom to talk to a teller at this bank. My mom just moved to Joplin from Oklahoma to move in with me. Her bank is a credit union & she was able to tell my mom her bank balance. My mom said she'll probably switch banks. Customer service was spot on. Ty 😊

Was planning on meeting a buyer here to sell my car & I was coming from out of state…They were so very helpful & accommodating, making sure everything would be ready for us ahead of time with us arriving so close to closing time. Top notch customer service! Thank you all again & Merry Christmas 🙏

I’d give one star if the staff wasn’t excellent… However, the bank (specifically checking/savings) is utter garbage. No Apple Pay support, bill pay has to be used or it’s a fee, no debit card purchases without a fee, two ATMs to get cash out in the area without a fee. Again the staff is great but the functionality they offer is just…garbage. I wish they’d modernize as that’s the only thing preventing five stars.
