If I could give a zero I would! Once a member always a member unless you make the “Board Members” mad! Needless to say they have a bank president that will only do whatever he can to cover his own butt! No lender in the world would give a second loan on a vehicle several months later if their first vehicle was in default the entire time. Yes I owned 2 vehicles both purchased at different times but yet my first loan had been in default for the 2 years I owned it? But yet here’s another loan for you? Bull crap! Not only did my car get taken I got nothing back from my car. My personal belongings. My kids personal belongings. I lost my car to cover up the fact that they gave a loan on a car without knowing any facts never even asked the details. So 2 cars, one being my baby and current on loan get repossessed at my work and then they tell my personal business to people I never gave them permission to. Horrible horrible business and so here’s my personal review of this place and I hope nobody else has to deal with this horrible nightmare of a place!

Legacy Credit Union's customer service is outstanding. They know my face when I walk in the door and greet me by name. I can call and get my questions answered in just a few minutes. We have used them for two auto loans and their rates are super competitive; the last dealership was shocked at what a good rate we received from LCU. I highly recommend them.

Most painless banking experience i’ve ever had. Sarah was great to work with. Was very professional and competent. Rates were the best we found and would recommend to anyone looking for a new credit union!
