This location was more open and provided more space for customers than the previous location off of Troost Ave. Tellers are always willing to help move the line, unlike Bank of America's locations.

I never had a problem with this credit union up until now. They took away my overdraft protection unexpectedly when I needed it the most. That's $500.00 of my hard earned money gone. And because of the bad situation they put me in financially I will be going by there today to close out my account with no intentions on opening up another one with them.

As a senior consultant, professional and director traveling for work around the country and sometimes overseas, i have never seen better banking and customers services like CSD. Glenda is an amazing banker. She remembers her clients by name and I could do banking via email. She had helped me and my family for the past 15 years. Thank you CSD credit Union and thank you Glenda for the wonderful service.
