This place is a joke anymore. Go in to make my payment. They can’t the system is down. Don’t call me talking about a payment. Because when I try to pay something is always up anymore. Update: Why is Shirley still on the website as the new ceo?? She has been gone long enough to have that updated. Now Brett is sitting in the back office. He hung up on me because I was expressing my frustration with all the changes. Which I have a right to do. I didn’t cuss at him. My voice did become raised. Because I am tired of all the excuses to why y’all can’t keep employees and why y’all don’t function as a bank should be expected too. Now he has never thought about doing that before. I sure hope he doesn’t think this is okay because he sits in that back office. I sure hope he wasn’t given the back office because he has been the only employee to stay? His attitude sure has changed and not for the best. Oh and now they close at 1 on Thursday’s. And they let their customer know so those hours are okay according to Brett. If you are starting out or need to build credit I would recommend. I wouldn’t if you need a bank to operate like a bank. Unfortunately they operate like an establishment in the black community. They have 2 employees, communication isn’t the greatest, loans can take 3-5 days to get an answer. They have to let you in and out of the building because they keep the door locked. ATM is the building only have access when they are open. It works sometimes, sometimes it doesn’t work. Phones don’t work often. Only open one Saturday a month. I have gone close to when they were about to close and the girl working had an attitude. Like I work too sorry I couldn’t come earlier. At times they can’t give change back. Only one employee can give coins if you need that kind of change back. They were the first bank to give me a loan when the white banks wouldn’t though so that’s why I try to stay. This bank is needed in our community. But we do need you to operate like a bank.

This place uses borderlineillegaltactics to communicate with consumers that have specifically requested them to cease and desist. They ignore requests and do not upkeep their records properly. Highly advise against using this establishment.

I love this credit union. They treat me with respect and make it a fun experience. The CEO-is great and knowledgeable. Brett-is very friendly. The other girls are nice & pleasant. If I need questions answered, about my account. I give them a call or go inside the branch.

Only know the CEO Shirley from on the phone, but my impression was highly favorable. She was welcoming, friendly, appreciative of my advice/suggestions.
