Nick was incredibly helpful and made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. He was patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all my questions clearly. I really appreciated his positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile. He provided outstanding support from start to finish. He was attentive, professional, and quick to find solutions. His friendly approach made a big difference, and I felt confident knowing I was in good hands. Highly appreciate his help!!!

Coyte is a great employee. I have been served by him many times, either by phone, or going thru the drive thru using the access to an employee for customer services. He is very courteous and quickly helps me with whatever I am needing to take care of at the moment. Thank You Coyte!

My Customer Service Representative was very kind, she took care of my problem. And she's a delightful person. She brought a bit of added joy to my day. She made me feel special, and that's nice when you get old. That's why I've been with West Community Credit Union since 2004. They take good care of their Clients. Sincerely, Patricia Harris

They are all nice and polite while you sign loans and give them money. God forbid you hit a tough time in life. They are then absolutely unwilling to work with you or do anything to help you out. Should life get bad enough you default, they threaten all sorts of measures to get you scared so you'll pay up, even if it take food away from your family. They don't care. The good news on that is (at least on my situation) they didn't follow through with anything but go to court. The "lawyers/debt collectors" are nice as well and seem more understanding, but never answer the phones. I've had a few other loans and credit cards before, this is by far the worst experience I've had. Every other place worked with me during the same rough patch, and I'm in good standing with them now. In today's economy, I would NEVER recommend anyone to use them, unless you have a backup person to pay your debts for you if the world knocks you down and makes you choose between feeding your family and paying the most absolute necessity bills like power, and phone (for my work, my phone is crucial), or pay them. Terrible place.

I was struggling. I had 2 user names for my account and I couldn’t log into my account with either one. Coyte was a lifesaver. I am not computer savvy, so it took me a while. But, with Coyte’s assistance, I did it. Thanks very much Coyte, I appreciate your patience.
