After 15 years, you have to authenticate to get in your account authenticate to transfer to your accounts and it always locks up and you have to wait till they’re open to get the account reset. I’m about over it.

Thankful is all I can say. I'm a very responsible person and I'm thankful that one mistake in life that was out of my foresight didn't erase my possibility to have a great bank, though it does restrict my freedoms a little. The restrictions make banking safer for me. I am now thanking Google for this review. It reminded me that everyone knew who my Grandmother was at her bank, of several decades when I was growing up of which she did later have to change, but when the staff knows who you are that's an integrity all around. I will never forget that. Thanks Google.
