Very bad customer service. I have had an account since June and still cannot use it in any shape or form. Multiple bank cards that have not worked. And I can't even use the account online. Its been almost a week since I have spoke to them. Im still waiting on my call back "within the hour". I went down and pulled my money out. And the lady behind the counter was not well trained at all. Knew nothing about customer service. Even told me I can go somewhere else instead of trying to correct their problems. I give this bank an F all the way around.

They used to be good, but absolutely horrifying customer service, they won't take blame for mistakes, can't send out new cards, and blame the customer, and love to get an attitude, tell you off and hang up... Absolutely massive mistake banking here. Closing account and moving on.... Good riddance...

Don’t appreciate the condescending tone when ME a woman is calling to ask questions. Sounded like the man didn’t think I would qualify to be a member here. A coworker recommended this is a good business. Now I’m pissed off. Male inferiority is at an all time high. -a pipefitter and ford employee of local 249

They will shut down your your account without notice. Deborah is rude from the moment she answers the phone. Tim the president has no time to hear any one of their customers complaints before ruling with an iron fist that Deborah must always be in the right! Very disappointed with this bank and it's king and queen. Deborah and Tim good luck keeping customers!
