I am not a customer, however I bought a vehicle from someone who had an auto loan through here. They forgot to include the lien release with my paperwork when I bought the vehicle. Long story short I was in for a surprise at the DMV. Megan here was wonderful to deal with and extremely helpful. She helped me out and I was able to get the bike registered. Thank you so much!
