PCCU has always had exceptional loan rates, but their current mortgage rates are 0.75% lower than any other institution in town. Leslie had my relatively complicated mortgage loan done, from start to finish, in under three weeks. Great service and communication!

My low rating is because the website is down way too often. I check my account almost daily and it is down way too much for a financial institution. Please address the issue. Here we are again website is down. Please get this fixed. Whoever is handling your website is awful!!!

The online system is always down okay got it but the rudeness on the phone is a whole different thing. Yesterday I called and their system was down until 6:00pm from what I was told then today it’s the online system that is down. Both times I was treaded rudely on the phone. It’s sad to see a local business going down hill like this.

I've been banking with postal credit union for years. Everyone working there is very professional. I'm always treated very kindly when walking in and I don't think I've ever had a time that they weren't able to remedy my situation. I've had nothing but positive experiences including getting loans etc. A great Bank I wouldn't go anywhere else. ❤️❤️❤️✌️ My one tiny complaint, which isn't a big deal is the lack of tap cards. Other than that it's been a flawless ride.
