Marty will not let you finish a sentence because she can't stop talking over you. I tried 3 times to get a question/concern out but couldn't even finish, therefore my issue is unresolved. This the 3rd and final time for me over the past several years. How sad to feel like going in and closing this account VS her just listening, then trying to help resolve the problem. Anyone have a number i can call and to make a suggestion in this regard?

This has been my bank for years and I have never had a single problem. The staff is terrific; always polite and professional. Never any long waits, the staff all work like a fine-tuned machine to get your wants and needs met swiftly and accurately; they've never once miscounted anything of mine. Best bank in Saint Joseph in my opinion.

Absolutely vile and horrid behavior. The management actively called tow services to have my car towed because I parked in their parking lot when my apartment complex across the street was on fire. I was not the first to park there, but because my car was the easiest to reach, it was towed first. I was gone for about 18 minutes as a firefighter escorted me into the building so I could save my cats. Take your business elsewhere. This place does not value community

I have been a member of this credit union for 36 years and my mother years before that. Now all my children as well. They have gone above and beyond for our family. They have always meet our financial needs and doing so with compassion.

I couldn’t possibly open a bank account at a facility as intolerable as this one. I watched them tow away 2-3 vehicles this morning because residents at the apartment building next to them used their parking lot to get to safety from a massive fire on the 6th floor. At what point does money stop being an object when compassion is needed. You watched people physically running back and forth with children and animals in their arms. Props to the tow company for eventually refusing to tow more vehicles during these circumstances and taking a young lady to get her car back.
Weekdays 9am–4pm typically have the shortest wait times for new member inquiries.
