Nothing short of amazing! Have called Century multiple times due to issues with the auto dealership where I bought my car. The staff at Century were so accommodating and friendly. They didn’t just listen, they also followed-up with me, which is rare these days. They worked with me to resolve the issues surrounding my loan that stemmed from lack of attention at the auto dealership. I would recommend using this credit union.

I been with Century C.U. since December of 2021, and I have been very satisfied with their services. When I first started, I just wanted to have access to a savings & checking account, but now I use varies functions within my account, such as bill pay, transfers, Visa, and money market accounts. I know they also do auto loans, although I haven't applied for any loans, but I've checked, and their loans rates are cheaper than other banks & credit unions - so if I would need a loan, I'm sure I will consider them first.

I’ve tried multiple times to get logged into my auto loan account, every time I call which has been the past 3 weeks, no one wants to stay on the phone with me, a paying customer. I’ve tried to enroll as well which is what I was told to do, that did not work either. This is highly frustrating and disappointing to be paying a company for my vehicle when I can’t even log into my account to see my loan and not having the assistance that I need as a customer to get this fixed. Also, every time I do call, they say the person that’s going to help me will call me back, I give them my name and number and no one ever calls me back, I always have to call them back. This loan could be paid off today if customer service was good.
