Okay this review is long over due. Ive been tired of this CU for a while now but this was unacceptable. 2 weeks ago on July 18th I went to the CU after work. I showed up at 5:30 on the dot. The credit union used to be open till 6, have no idea when they changed it. But either way. I pulled up and the tube was still there. I went into my wallet to grab my singular check to deposit. Nothing else. The lady at the window then pulled the tube up and said "we're closed, the person in front of you forgotten to send the tube". Well as a person who's been in banking for over 4 years... the customer doesn't send the tube back unless its to send their transaction. The employees do. It was very rude of them to pull it back on me like that. I get it if its 530 and the tube were all up and the signs were off. Im late. But this was unprofessional. I was like okayyy... ill just go to the ATM and wait a few days till the check clears. WRONG! They dont have their own atm, some dolphin atm that doesn't take any deposits. Cash or check. Like what? And yes the atm at the butler hill location is the same way. You can build a nice fancy new building thats entirely too big for their business volume. Its always looks so empty. But you cant have your own atms. The app stays outdated. Changing the fonts doesnt make it look new and improved. This isn't an apartment you can paint all the flaws over. Debit cards all have the same design. Which isn't a big deal but a lot of banks and credit unions offer different styles. I was told once that "do you want good car loan rates or card designs?" Thats the only thing I can speak highly on. They do have good car rates and I think thats what they are betting on to keep business. Also why make a new huge office space. Open up more locations. 2 locations is so inconvenient. I live in the city now and its a hassle to come withdraw a few bucks unless I want to get charged at the atm(which id do if needed). Outside of that they do have simple accounts to earn interest and fees dont occur ever. If you are looking for a bland boring acct. This is the spot for you. If you wanna drive 10/15min to get to your CU, this is the spot for you. That is all.

The management is not understanding and caring about the costumers as they should be. There was a problem with cashing a check, and the management gave a run around for 2 hours to have it deposited. They are not understanding the time of the customer. They really need to update their system to the 2025 version instead of being stuck in the 1900's.

Me and my family have an accounts and our business loans for years with First Missouri CU and we have nothing but great to say about this bank. They are very professional and friendly people. Susan is the loan officer that we normally work with and she’s great person , very professional, friendly helpful and I could go on and on about Susan. I love to work with her however i was thinking should i do 5 star ⭐️ because in my opinion the only one unhappy thing i would say about this CU is that receptionist is very unfriendly and rude she doesn’t even try to help doesn’t matter what I try to say she cut me off and keep asking me to tell her who I wanna talk to so she can transfer my call, But because of years of business with our lovely Susan i will give this credit union 5 stars

Best bank ever! Making a car purchase is so easy especially when you use your own credit union financing. Highly recommend Amela to handle your loans.

Ive been a happy customer for over 10 years until the other day. The newer teller wouldn’t let me deposit or cash a check that was on my name and signed by both people, i was told the “other person” had to be with me. I drove to butler hill location and they did it with no problem or questions asked.
