I very rarely go out of my way to write a negative review, but Together Credit Union, formerly Anheuser-Buch Employees credit union met a new low today. I had an account for almost 3 decades. I had mortgages and did all of my banking with them. There were a couple of snafus with my account and I moved to Utah and thought it was time for a change. When I canceled, I lost access to my online account, but even worse was I called today and asked for my January - June 2025 statements so that I could reference them when doing my taxes. The woman on the phone had them available on her screen. For zero cost to them, they could have mailed them, but they told her to tell me that I MUST COME to a site and pay $2 per statement in CASH in order to get them. There is no site in this state much less locally. UNBELIEVABLE!

The women are very professional, honest, straightforward on information provided and if they don't know it they find out the answer. I trust their word and their advice, which is very hard to come by nowadays. I'm glad that they let me open an account with them. They're awesome people. And may God be with them always and protect them.

I love my credit union. Tim, Diane and Zelda are so warm, friendly, knowledgeable and professional meeting all our needs. My husbands family has been banking for over 50 years when it was still Anheiser Busch Credit Union, I've been now about 21 years. I have nothing but great things to say. It's both small town and main stream, best of both worlds!
