While every person I have interacted with has been excellent-in the hospital and at the Sunshine branch- I just wanted to give an extra glowing thank you review for the wonderful ladies at the Sunshine branch. I have been with them for seven years-ish and they have always provided the most polite, respectful service. I can give no better recommendation to go to this bank for an account. They do the two golden rules of remaining professional and kind even when a stressful situation occurs, and taking time to get to the correct solution deserves the highest praise. Thank you very much.

I have been with Mercy credit Union for years.I would not go anywhere else.Have had several loans here! They are very professional ,helpful and knowledgeable.And very customer service orienled I love the. Parks here,paperless etc! Love all my peeps there! 💞

I love this bank so much. For a teen who is just getting their first checking account, credit card, needs a loan, or whatever, it can be super challenging to understand everything, especially when banks try to hassle you and make you pay fees for everything. Mercy Credit Union has given me such amazing and delightful customer service since I’ve been here, they walk me through everything, are extremely perusable, and I never have to wait. Would seriously recommend, especially if you’ve been at a bank where you’re on hold with a robot for an hour every time you have a question. This bank is amazing and I would never change.

Michael at Mercy C.U. provides HORRIBLE customer service. I called on a clients behalf (at their request), just to get some info. He had no interest in helping their clients at all. If you're looking for help & excellent customer service... I would highly recommend using a different bank or credit union.
