Jack made my car refinancing experience smooth, fast, and stress-free from start to finish. The whole process was genuinely seamless. He was extremely professional, punctual, and always took the time to explain everything clearly so I felt confident every step of the way. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping people and getting them the best possible outcome. Communication was on point, and he followed through on everything he said he would. I couldn’t have asked for a better loan officer and I highly recommend Jack to anyone looking to refinance their vehicle.

I've been banking with Telcomm Credit Union for over 30 years. I started using the mobile app when it first came out in 2020. They updated it a couple of years later and made it even more user friendly. I highly recommend Telcomm Credit Union instead of any bank and highly recommend their mobile app. Their Fraud Alert service is excellent and their employees are friendly and knowledgeable.

I've been with TelComm since I was 19 years old and they have helped me in a variety of ways through the seasons of life. They are a great credit union! Most recently, Jamie O helped me with my auto loan. She was professional and personable. She explained everything so well and gave me many options. She made everything as painless as possible. Definitely recommend.

I applied easily on the website for a loan after business hours and got an instant approval. I ended up with Jack Savage as my loan officer and he was fantastic. He responded to emails quickly and made the experience so easy. Telecom gave me a great rate too. It beat the dealer rate by a long shot. I’ll never go into a dealer again without checking with Jack to see if he can help me…. Thank you TelComm

Loan officer Jack Savage helped me secure a loan for our new car at a great interest rate. Everything went smooth and worry free. When going in to the office was greeted warmly by everyone there.
