Very nice credit union. Representatives are responsive and knowledgeable. The process was easy, even able to handle hiccups along the way without deviating from the main task. So far i like them a lot.

Kari Is a top 10 employee. I’m not just saying this because she’s done my loan. She’s done several loans. She’s what Alltru stands for. Great customer service always a beautiful smile and get the job done. She deserves a raise. I don’t know how much you guys pay but me being the owner of a company I would gladly take her off your hands. Shout out to St. Charles Alltru, one of the best teams in the state.

My husband helped my daughter purchase a car while she was in college through Alltru CU. She graduated this year from college and works full time. My daughter, my husband, and I went to see if she could refinance the vehicle and have the vehicle in her name since she pays for the vehicle herself without any help. She has been paying on this vehicle for 2 years with her own money. She hasn't missed a payment or been late making payments. She was denied refinancing it, but I have read so many positive reviews about this CU. Unfortunately she didn't have the same experience. I believe when one door closes another one opens. I am personally disappointed in this CU and I am in hopes that I don’t ever have to do business with them. I am going to steer my daughter in the directions of the CU and/or bank that I use where they genuinely care about their loyal customers. I am so sad this happened to her!

So when the year came I was told since no activity my account will not mature and I would still have to pay to keep my accounts open. Really!! I'M PAYING A BANK TO KEEP MY MONEY IN MY ACCOUNT. I WAS MISS INFORMED MY ADVICE STAY AWAY!!! I RATE NO STAR!!!!!!
