This bank and their representatives will not stand by or honor their word. Is this the type of bank you want to give your business to? A representative at this bank had offered to assist with past (5 year old) late payment removal from credit report. This representative had advised to call again some 6 months later after the 1st of the year to be removed. Based on Good Faith and several loans with this bank (which had been paid and closed over 5 years ago) we figured we could wait a few more months. Today a bank representative calls back denying this could be done and would not stand behind one of Mccone County Federal Credit Unions own banker words. We are simply told to wait a total of 7 years despite past business, money spent with this bank or the representatives sincerity. Based on this experience we would not recommend banking here or working with this companies representatives who lack integrity or loyalty.

I can't tell you how many times I've needed to a check on a Saturday to get groceries and it is not open. If I get a check on a Saturday I'm just screwed until Monday.
