I worked with Jen Lorenz on closing out my late sisters banking business! That young lady worked her tail off for me for over a year! She was friendly, knowledgeable and followed up always! I cannot recommend her & RFCU enough! When I need to open an account in MT in the near future, I will be doing so with them! Thanks Jen!

Outstanding customer service and very professional with some fun inserted when appropriate and needed. Irene helped me every step of the way in securing an auto loan and answered all my questions perfectly. I highly recommend Russell Country Federal Credit Union!

We have been banking with this institution for over 40 years. Initially the service was excellent. The same staff worked there for multiple years. Now it seems like there are different tellers each time I visit the credit union. This frequent turnover of employees has affected service. However recently I cashed multiple savings bonds. Unfortunately I didn’t get the name of the employee who assisted me. SHE DID AN OUTSTANDING JOB….Not only was she friendly and professional, but she stayed after hours to complete the transactions. However now we have an issue with giving our son and daughter access to our safety deposit box. We have received multiple directions on how to accomplish this without success

Very inconsistent service from person to person. Just sat in the drive thru (for a simple car payment) and watched 3 people come in after me and get taken care of before me.

I’ve had the pleasure of working with Russell Country for quite some time now, and I can honestly say I’ve been treated with respect and professionalism nearly every step of the way. What truly sets this credit union apart, however, is the people—especially Michaelanne, the Vice President of Lending. Michaelanne has consistently gone above and beyond, not just for me, but for several members of my family over the years. She is warm, approachable, and exceptionally knowledgeable. It’s clear she genuinely cares about helping people succeed, no matter their stage in life or financial experience. Most recently, she assisted my nephew, who had just turned 18 and was applying for his very first loan. What could have been an overwhelming experience turned into an educational and empowering one, thanks to Michaelanne. She took the time to walk him through each part of the process, explained everything clearly, and made sure he felt confident in his decisions. That kind of guidance is rare, and I know it made a lasting impression on him. Russell Country is lucky to have someone like her representing their team, and honestly, so is Great Falls. In my experience, this credit union sets the gold standard for service, integrity, and community focus.
