They’ve been nothing but an inconvenience and have caused delayed payments and suspended services I’ve incurred due to them holding funds. When my card info was stolen, I didn’t get notified at all. I had to call then go down there and they were casually like, “yeah someone seems to have got your info.” Now again waiting on a card for a second time it takes way too long. Any other financial institution offers cards on site or I have never waited more than 5 days. Not two weeks. Once I have my new card and funds I am closing this account and never doing business here again.

I've had to recently get involved with my elder parents banking. WOW! Felicia at the FLORENCE office has helped us twice now and she has been absolutely amazing. Thank you so much for all your help.

Been a member for just about 10 years now, always talked very highly of the credit union, until about 5 years ago when I found out that money was lifted out of my account, person was dismissed, fast forward to just recently and basically caught another employee doing the same thing, should have called the law immediately but figured I be called a liar once again, also, they tell you one thing and agree to it, but then change their minds overnight and make you agree to something else, their upper management is biggest one for that. One thing is certain though, as soon as the two vehicle loans are paid off, I promise that I’ll be closing my account immediately, already looking for another financial institution to move my kid’s accounts to. I’m sure I’ll draw backlash and worse treatment for writing this, absolutely no trust whatsoever in their business

The relationship with Ravalli County Credit Union has been 5-star service. Our calls are returned quickly and any issues are resolved immediately. It's been a wonderful experience working with them.

Had some fraudulent charges by apple. Was told that I couldn't dispute these charges because I'd authorized apple in the past. That's like going to the grocery store and buying groceries, then having someone steal your number and order stuff from the same store and being told there's nothing you can do about it. This additionally cause overdraft charges on my account. Ridiculous. On top of that, they will close their site for maintenance with no warning. They did maintenance almost a week ago and their site is still acting up. It's ridiculous.
Weekdays 9am–4pm typically have the shortest wait times for new member inquiries.
