Kristen (Pavey) Hamilton (the branch manager) is the worst. She is very shady and secretive and withholds information from you and acts like your friend, but in the end she is very shady.

Terrible over the phone customer service. Auto attend loops and extended hold times make this so frustrating. I have held an account for 49 years and will be moving to an institution that values its' customers time.

Do not trust this bank with your money!! I had a checking and a savings account here. I got an email that someone took out a new debit card for my savings, I did not do this. I called them and they said they didn’t know why and asked me to forward them the email. I did and didn’t get a response. So I called again and nobody helped me. I panicked and withdrew all my cash because customer service could not help or reassure me. Also I had an issue with my checking due to changing my address and I got charged 5 - $29 fees on 2 charges and they would not refund any of them for me. Insane. Extensive bank fees, absolutely horrible customer service, just don’t go here.

1-star seems too generous for how awful this bank is. Several years ago it was a decent credit union. However, I never had to detail where the money I'm withdrawing from MY account is going as a pre-requisite for withdrawal... then when we refused to divulge private information, was made to wait an additional 30mins for said withdrawal. That was the final straw after several infuriating encounters. The lack of professionalism and abundance of incompetence is terrifying for a "financial institution". I will say they have a couple of wonderful tellers in the drive-thru! But the management is so inept it brings the whole place down. Don't trust this place with your hard earned money.

I sat on hold in the RMCU phone tree for 20 minutes and was offered voicemail during business hours. Tried all numbers again and still VM. Customer service is horrible here.
