Absolutely horrible customer service and extremely rude! Have been going there for years, But as its looking now, They won't last much longer in Helena and then on to the next bank there.

Been a member for years have had many loans Ret and Troy are gone new loan people very unfriendly with no consideration for my situation no help just hounded for my payments when I got injured. I strongly would suggest not using Vocal as s credit union. Don't follow their own policies. Not good for the community. Horribly experience. Ruth is cool.

Maybe a great option for others but not for me. Used to have some sort of grace period for overcharges. Now they happily charged me 30$ for something when i got direct deposited an hour afterwards. I've been hung up multiple times by their employees on calls regarding fees. Ive closed my account due to this.

I will say that this bank is very customer oriented. Not only have they helped me out, but I have sent many happy loan customers their way. Rhett, Whitney, Eddie and the rest of the staff treat you as a person.....not a credit score. Congrats

Ruth is extremely rude and has terrible customer service skills, should not be a customer service rep. I’ve dealt with her multiple times and it’s been the same rude and terrible personality every time. Acts like you’re inconveniencing her. Finally got to talk to the manager about the missing hundreds of dollars from my account and he also didn’t care and was unbothered by it. Don’t recommend anyone banking here!
