FFCU has been the best bank to do business with. They have made banking easy for me. Never a bad experience since I've been banking with them.

Bob and Jaime and Dixie, Nancy and the whole crew are truly serving our customer owned credit union... other places have higher fees (OD $35 compared to $25) and practices that posture unnecessary fees. Probably because our credit union doesn't funnel profits to California. Any conflict I've had in over twenty years, they have resolved in a way that demonstrates their commitment to serve us. No I was not paid for this but I would gladly do a commercial for them I am so impressed

Horrible customer service go bank here if you like Wells Fargo and a bank not working on bettering themselves. Where customer service is a joke!
