Terrible customer service, never picks up the phone. Hours are never correct online and interest rates are extremely high.

This bank has the worst customer care programs and significantly worse interest rates on their banking than any other bank in the area. Every check I deposit even cashiers checks are placed on hold for 5-10 business days as a ploy to steal your interest money. I’ll be closing my account as soon as I can get my autopays transferred over. They aren’t competitive in this day and age and also have terrible online banking options.

The worst bank I have ever had. Consistently hit you with overdraft fees on a Monday before you can deposit money, and then say there's nothing they can do about it once their computers get turned on, since it's all automated. Awful service.

The customer service is great. The lines are usually very short. The rewards for the KASASA checking are really good! Loan rates a comparable to to even the big banks. Overall, it is a great place to bank. My whole family has accounts with Sky. There is definitely a local community feel to this credit union. I highly recommend!

My experience with Marie Hughes was a great one. She’s very nice and has great customer service. The above review was from 2 years ago and was a 5 star review. Now it a 3 star review because I was simply trying to get a time-sensitive answer regarding my account and instead of trying to answer my questions, two different people told me they would get someone on the phone that could help me and then transferred me directly to a voicemail. TWICE I called and this happened. Extremely frustrating and disappointing.
